During the second day on campus, the scholars took a tour of the many historic sites of UNC-Chapel Hill. Led by Lincoln Pennington, a former Chuck stone scholar and current UNC student, the students made their way from the northern side of campus to the southern, all the while experiencing the hospitality and school spirit that Chapel Hill provides. “Even though there is a lot of walking involved, I don’t mind because it’s such a beautiful place,” said Britt.
